Sessions are scheduled to fit your availability and budget, with regular check-ins via video or mobile to evaluate progress and plan weekly actions to ensure continuous goal achievement. Your Wellness Plan may include tailored daily meditation practices, dietary adjustments, and gentle exercises. I am committed to helping you believe in your potential for success by aligning your Wellness Plan with your wellness goals, making them attainable with your determination and my coaching support.

Weekly 45min sessions are booked, we use video or mobile to check in and discuss how it's working out and decide what needs to happen in each week for you to keep kicking goals. Personalised daily meditation practices, dietary changes and gentle exercise can all be used in your personal Wellness Plan. I am dedicated to helping you believe you can succeed by making sure your Wellness Plan matches your wellness goals, and is within reach with some determination from you and coaching support from me.

Over the past 30 years, I have studied various healing modalities including Reiki, Theta Healing, Magnified Healing, Aromatherapy, and different types of bodywork such as Massage, Reflexology, and Acupressure. These practices have been complemented by Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Dance. My personal health crisis highlighted the importance of gut health and its impact on sensitivities, allergies, moods, and hormones. This revelation led me to research and experiment with dietary and nutritional needs, including raw diets, organics, supplementation, and natural medicine.In October 2016, I embarked on a Vision Quest to sacred ground, deepening my connection to nature and spirit. This transformative experience awakened me to my path and gifts. My mission is to help people become their healthiest, happiest, and most energised selves by sharing my extensive knowledge of health and wellness on all levels. As a catalyst for love and change, I empower individuals to achieve their best health. My own coach continues to support me, providing debriefing and guidance to keep me moving forward with my goals.
