A certified Life Coach (Tony Robbins/Cloe Madanes), Breathworker (BreathMasters) Yoga Teacher (Santosha), Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher (Being Yoga), studied with Eckhart Tolle and have spent many years as a Counsellor, Case Manager, and Communication Specialist. I spent years receiving classical voice training, continue to be a singer/songwriter and discovered my gift for Sound Healing whilst teaching Yoga in Indonesia.

As a teenager, I spent four years receiving classical voice training, continue to be a singer/songwriter and more recently, discovered my gift for Sound Healing whilst Yoga training in Indonesia in December 2017.

I've been fortunate to overcome chronic illnesses and depression. For years, I struggled with physical and emotional pain, negative self-talk, and isolation. It seemed I was collecting illnesses. I had no idea what to do and no energy to fight it. I felt scared, angry, alone, and often without hope. I thought I'd hit rock bottom before, but life continued to throw challenges at me until I realised I had to fight to live or lose everything. This story isn't uncommon. It wasn't until I was out of options that I made the first of several radical changes in my life.
